Account Manager Overview

Exchange Agency exists to help companies modernize and grow through digital marketing and advertising channels. We’re looking for an outgoing digital marketer to use their refreshing ideas and industry expertise to help build a bridge between our clients and their ideal customers online.



  • Minimum 2 years agency experience in digital marketing
  • University degree or college diploma in a related field


In this position, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing digital media plans and proposals for clients (while showcasing KPIs to determine success for B2C, B2B, CPG brands.)
  • Researching and recommending media placement options e.g. Paid search (ppc); social advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), online vide (YouTube); programmatic and retargeting campaigns.
  • Initiating brainstorms
  • Organizing campaign elements for full set-up and roll out
  • Creating, launching, and monitoring campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Implementing optimization strategies to improve the performance of campaigns
  • Engaging with partner firms (e.g. Google, Facebook, Agency Partners)
  • Developing ongoing reports for campaign performance (including metrics such as CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROI.)

Necessities We Look For in a Candidate:

  • Hustle and drive to be exceptional at digital marketing
  • Eagerness to learn new tactics, platforms, and processes
  • Confidence with client communication — both verbally and written
  • Ability to do what it takes to hit project deadlines
  • Knowledge in Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with Google Drive (slides, sheets, and docs)
  • Empathy and ability to put yourself in someone’s shoes in order to write to their needs

Brownie Points if You Have Experience with the Following:

  • Managing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Setting up and launching FB ad campaigns
  • Creating marketing automation funnels
  • Launching email campaigns
  • Working on digital media plans and strategy
  • Creating content for clients (e.g. video scripts and storyboards, ad copywriting)
  • Ecommerce campaigns
