Creative Director Overview

Exchange Agency exists to help companies modernize and grow through digital marketing and advertising channels. We’re looking for an outgoing digital marketer to use their refreshing ideas and industry expertise to help build a bridge between our clients and their ideal customers online.



  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing or a related field 
  • 3-5 years of experience working in the field
  • Experience working on digital projects (and work samples to demonstrate this) for projects including emails, banner ads, microsites, social posts
  • Proficient with graphic design


In this position, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Presenting ideas to help accelerate the company’s growth (visually and verbally)
  • Planning the layout and visuals for digital publications, products and advertisements for us and our clients 
  • Ensuring all messaging and designs are on-brand
  • Communicating clearly and staying on top of project timelines with the team (from project approval through strategic development, creative development and production to completion)
  • Performing other related duties and responsibilities as assigned or required


Necessities we look for in a candidate:

  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Creativity and ability to produce and create innovative ideas
  • Ability to work in a hands-on environment that requires flexibility, imagination, a can-do attitude, and a sense of fun 
  • A strong desire to learn and grow 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent software


Brownie points if you have experience with the following:

  • Social media content creation
  • Managing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Setting up and launching FB ad campaigns
  • Creating marketing automation funnels
  • Launching email campaigns
  • Working on digital media plans and strategy
  • Creating content for clients (e.g. video scripts and storyboards, ad copywriting)
  • Ecommerce campaigns
